We tend to overcomplicate multiplication. Strategy documents. Pipeline diagrams. Leadership development matrices.
But what if the biggest shift doesn’t start with a system, but with a habit?
At Multiply Project, we’ve been training church leaders to adopt three simple habits that—when practiced consistently—create a culture of multiplication:
- Pray daily for people in your church who might be called to plant.
- Have one conversation a week with someone you’ve been praying for.
- Update your list monthly as God brings new names to mind or provides clarity about someone’s readiness.
- Eat well, move more, get good sleep. That’s the foundation of physical health.
- Read your Bible, talk with God, live in community. That’s the foundation of spiritual growth.
- Pray, talk, update. That’s the foundation of multiplication.
